Why map first

A clearer map means fewer expensive build loops.

A visual workflow turns scattered conversations into agreed ownership, systems, rules, data, approval points, edge cases and acceptance criteria — before developers or AI build platforms start. The work gets discussed once, in one picture, instead of being re-explained in every thread.

01

Build from a vague idea

A broad prompt, missing rules, and assumptions nobody wrote down.

  • Broad prompts with implied context
  • Missed rules and edge cases
  • Repeated revisions and regenerations
  • Blind rework after each review
02

Map it first

The work becomes visible before anyone starts building.

  • Named owners and responsibilities
  • Decisions with both branches labelled
  • Systems, data and constraints listed
  • Human approval points made explicit
03

Build from the blueprint

Developers and AI builders start with a testable brief.

  • Focused, scoped prompts
  • Fewer unnecessary iterations
  • Acceptance criteria to test against
  • A handoff people and agents can read

Honest about what this does

MapYourFlow does not make AI credits inherently cheaper and does not promise a fixed saving. It helps teams avoid avoidable credit use and rework caused by vague prompts, incomplete requirements, repeated regenerations, blind revisions and unclear handoffs. The outcome is more intentional use of credits and build time, faster approvals, and a handoff that is useful for both people and agents.

Automate the repeatable part. Keep a person responsible for the result.

Make the handoff visible.

Start with the work—not another tool.

Team account access

One org. Shared flows. Clear ownership.

A Team plan creates a single organization. Every member can see the shared flow library, comment on active boards, and help refine handoffs before anything gets built.

Invite by email

Owners send email invitations. New users join with their Google account and land in the right workspace—no shared passwords or manual provisioning.

Role-based access

Assign Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles. Owners manage billing and invitations; Editors can update boards; Viewers can review and comment without changing the blueprint.

Shared and private workspaces

Keep a personal sandbox for early drafts, then move a board into the shared org workspace when the team is ready to collaborate or hand it off.

Questions, answered plainly.

What counts as an active workflow?
A workflow you can edit and use. Archive old projects to keep them without counting against the Individual limit.
Does MapYourFlow replace my build platform?
No. It prepares the structure and handoff so your team can use Lovable, Cursor, Replit, an engineer, or an agent framework with more clarity.
Does it guarantee lower AI credit costs?
No. The value is reducing avoidable reruns and rework caused by unclear inputs, while making approvals and requirements explicit.
Can I upgrade?
Yes — move from Individual to Team when collaboration and unlimited workflows are needed.
